Super Bowl Sound FX: Packers Mic’d Up
The National Football League is a well-oiled machine. Moments after Packers’ quarterback Aaron Rodgers took the final kneel-down to seal the victory in Super Bowl XLV, I found a promotional e-mail from the league in my inbox. There’s nothing that goes on at the league offices that isn’t carefully and deliberately planned. (This is why I believe the pending labor situation will ultimately be resolved before any football games are sacrificed.)
The league’s eye for detail extends into every tentacle of their operation. Take for example their video, audio, and production department that has put together the “Sound FX” videos after each playoff game. The videos are beautifully filmed, edited, and produced.
And the final edition of the 2010-2011 season has arrived in a trifecta format.
